Hi, I'm Cass! I'm 31 years old and live in Sacramento, California. While I was born in San Jose, I actually spent most of my youth growing up elsewhere. From New York to Vermont, then Arizona to Colorado, and California to New Hampshire and back again--I've been all over.
I have a bachelor's degree in Japanese and Sociology from UC Davis. In addition to my psychic business, I also work for the government as an environmental scientist. I have two adorable kittens named Freyja and Luce who keep me company and help with my readings (when they aren't knocking crystals over!).
I specialize in channeling spirits as well as giving energy healings. My spiritual journey has led me to connect with enlightened beings from many different walks of faith, from personal spirit guides to deities to angels and more. My nuanced understanding of "light" and "dark" both inside and outside the context of formalized religion helps me to connect with clients of all walks of life.
It is my deepest calling to empower others, especially those feeling trapped by the confines of rigid thinking, in order to heal, learn, and develop themselves in a way they never before dreamed possible. My clients can attest to the fact that my activations spark incredible transformations within their lives.
I was raised with a Christian homeschooling program called ABeka Academy for all but two grades. While I was staunchly agnostic as a child, I had a deeply moving "Born Again" experience at 15. I feel the term “spiritual awakening” is a better fit now, because I do not view the experience as restricted to only the Christian faith.
Due to influence from friends of the family, I soon fell deep down the rabbit hole of extreme Christian fundamentalism. It wasn't until I was 24, two years into a domestically abusive marriage with a "Christian" man, that I realized Christianity was no longer a fit for me.
I spent the rest of my 20's exploring different faith-based modalities until I finally crafted a spiritual support system that aligned with my gifts, beliefs, and experiences.
I was put in sports as far back as I can remember, from gymnastics to tennis to track & field. I tried snowboarding for the first time when I was 9. By 11, I was competing in regional events and qualified for my first US National Championship competition (which I won).
By 15, I was competing in open class against all ages and qualified for my first Junior Worlds Championship--the Olympics of athletes aged 15-19. I went on to qualify every year after this, with the final one being in Spain. I placed 12th in the world.
At 19 I developed a rare joint disorder in both my ankles, which led to my early retirement from the sport. At the time of my retirement, I was ranked as the number 1 female alpine snowboard racer in the United States and 28th in the world.
"The depths of your sorrows will equal the heights of your accomplishments."

The first business I started was selling knitted goods. Making it official was sooo scary. I remember having one financial goal: break even!!
I'm proud to say I did.
When my spiritual business picked up in 2023, I closed my knitting shop for good. Now when I knit, I love knowing that it's just for me ♥

This is from my final Canadian National Championship competition.
I finished second place to Canada's Caroline Calvé, who went on to place 6th at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia.

I've been a lover of fun and whimsy as far back as I can recall. My favorite activities were exploring the outdoors and climbing any surface I could find.
When not doing that, I also loved playing video games and memorizing entire movie scripts of films like Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
I fancied myself a performer, with all the world my stage. And I still do.

I'm convinced that most athletes are adrenaline junkies...and I'm included in that analysis.
My second Junior World Championship competition was in New Zealand, and my team and I got to visit the famous Kawarau Bridge -- the world's first commercial bungy jumping site.

From my kimono cosplay of Overwatch's D.Va (above) to my not-so-secret online handle Cass Effect (inspired by Bioware's Mass Effect), I have a passion for immersing myself in fantastical universes.
When I discovered competitive Overwatch back in 2016, I found a new obsession. I eventually topped out at Master's rank, just one rank below what pros compete in.

There's almost nothing I love more than exploring the unknown and attending new and magical events.
It was a bucket list item of mine to attend a real live masquerade one day, and in 2023 I finally did.
Jackpot of jackpots, it was themed after Jim Henson's cult classic The Labyrinth -- one of my favorite movies of all time ♣
